How much does a RETURN RUN cost?
It depends on the distance the store is from the pick up area as well as the flexibility of store’s return policy and process.
Where does RETURN RUN pickup or deliver?
Currently RETURN RUNS is serving locations in downtown/ loop area of Chicago and Hyde Park. There are more areas to come soon.
Can I get cash back on my return?
No, Return Runs does not handle cash refunds. As a matter of fact, we only return garments and accessories that were purchased by a credit or debit card that can be refunded to the same form of payment. The only other possible refund format is a store credit or gift card.
What if I wore my garment once and it ripped so I want to return it? Will you do that for me?
We completely understand this situation and we would be happy to attempt to plead your case for you in the store. However, we cannot guarantee we will be successful. Results depend on the store and the reimbursement options they may offer.
When should I receive my refund for my return?
Depends on your bank or credit card provider. It usually it takes 3-5 business days.
Why would you not service or “run returns” to a certain store?
Different stores have different return policies and sometimes they require the original form of payment be present at the time of the return. In such a case, we would not have that credit or debit card with us. Thus, we do not service stores that have this policy.
